Nordland Seeds ApS encrypts all your information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
Nordland Seeds ApS arranges delivery by PostNord or DAO. Delivery times: we deliver within 2-5 working days in Denmark from the time of payment (for bank transfers, 1-2 working days are typically added). In case of longer delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible by email, where we will inform you about the situation and possible new delivery time. Timely delivery beyond this, however, requires that PostNord and DAO meet their delivery times. If there are delays at PostNord or DAO, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. PostNord’s quality targets for delivery reliability are a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. For DAO it is 99.85%. Note, however, that these percentages are averages, and may cover large local and time-limited variations. Nordland Seeds ApS cannot be held responsible for delays at PostNord or DAO. In the event of very late (several days) or outright non-deliveries, Nordland Seeds ApS will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
Denmark: free shipping on purchases of 499,- DKK or more at Nordland-seeds.dk. If you buy for less than 499,- DKK, you pay a shipping fee from 39,- DKK. We always pack your shipment well and thoroughly. The shipment will appear 100% discreet, with no relation or association to the content. We ship your order as a letter/parcel through either PostNord or DAO. If PostNord or DAO home delivery is selected, your order will typically be delivered directly to your mailbox (provided the order can be in a bubble envelope).
We deliver all over Europe. Fixed shipping price of 59,- DKK. Orders are sent by regular mail without tracking and insurance, and are therefore at your own risk. Delivery outside the EU: contact us for price and delivery time.
Right to complain
Nordland Seeds ApS provides 2 years warranty according to the Purchase Act, covering manufacturing and material defects found in normal use of the goods. The right to complain does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention. Complaints about defects, which should be discovered by normal examination of the goods, must be notified to Nordland Seeds ApS within a reasonable time. The goods can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, credit. In connection with complaints, Nordland Seeds ApS will pay reasonable return costs.

. For returns please note that we do not accept packages sent COD. Returns can also be made by refusing to accept the goods or by handing them in to us. Of course, this is not a requirement, but it will facilitate processing if the package is accompanied by complete information – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, the registration number and account number of the bank account to which reimbursement can be made, a copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price shall be made. Refunds are normally always made to the payment method from which the payment was made.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14 day return policy on the goods, counting from the day they are received, then 14 days to send it back. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
The consumer can withdraw from a purchase even if the goods have been used. An item is only used if it is used beyond what is possible by trying the item in a physical store. If the goods are used, a concrete assessment is made of what the goods can be sold for as used to another consumer.
