Shining Silver Haze: Instantly good high with fresh aromas

Since a couple of brothers in the early 70s started their breeding of Sativa from all over the globe, cannabis smokers have been extremely grateful for the existence of this strain called Haze.

Originally, this was the culmination of years of breeding with thousands of seeds from Colombia, Mexico, Thailand and South India. The Haze genetics eventually came to Holland for further hybridisation – creating the pinnacle of modern era Sativa strains.

When it arrived in the Netherlands alongside the now classic Skunk strain, a few breeders set to work to create this superhybrid that would capture the Haze strain’s high and sweet taste, but with a shorter flowering period than an Indica. By combining genetics from Haze, Skunk and Northern Lights, one of these breeders ended up creating one of the first Haze classics: Super Silver Haze.

Since then, these early genes have spread and hybridised further. Royal Queen Seeds is proud to offer our own version, Shining Silver Haze, for all Sativa connoisseurs to enjoy. It grows about 100 cm tall indoors – very short for a Haze. Our hybrid grows up to 200 cm in the distinguished outdoors. The plant needs plenty of light to thrive and reach its full potential.

Above average yield and short flowering

Shing Silver Haze and its feminised version yield 600-650 grams/plant outdoors, while a yield of around 650 grams/m2 can be expected under a 600W light. Flowering time is 9-11 weeks, which is pretty good for a Haze. There aren’t many Haze strains that can deliver this characteristic sweet taste and strong high in less than 10 weeks, but Shining Silver Haze is certainly no ordinary Haze.
