Cheese is a legendary cannabis plant with its origins in the UK. This marijuana strain comes from the original Skunk #1, which was rediscovered and then developed by a dedicated team of cannabis growers from London. Eventually, they created a hash so sticky there was nothing more appropriate to call it than Cheese.

Since then, the Cheese genetic has spread around the world, won a Cannabis Cup and achieved near-legendary status among smokers. We got our hands on it, feminised it and are now proud to present Royal Cheese in a feminised seed version.

Strong aroma from a thirsty plant

Royal Cheese Feminized will grow to around 1.5 metres indoors, but will stretch to more than 2.5 metres out in the sun. This marijuana strain loves to drink, so it’s bound to grow big and strong. The main problem with this plant is the smell. The cannabis plant has such a powerful air that it becomes almost inevitable not to have to use carbon filters, and everyone nearby will be able to smell it outside.

If grown indoors, Royal Cheese will yield 60 grams/plant or 450-550 grams/m2 under a 600W light. Outdoors, this plant will grow incredibly tall and can yield over 600 grams under the right conditions (Spain, Italy and California). It can be grown outdoors in northern Europe, but will produce a flower of lower quality than if it were grown indoors.

Our feminised Royal Cheese can be harvested after 7-8 weeks after flowering to achieve the strongest aroma. If it is given a few extra weeks, about 10 weeks, it will give off a weaker aroma, but in return hit harder when first smoked. Animals find pleasure in different parts of the experience, and it is therefore very individual what one is attracted to. You’ll have to experiment with what’s right for you. However, it should be said that Cheese can be harvested after 7-8 weeks as a rule of thumb.
