The aroma is a mixture of berries, diesel fuel and diesel oil. It is known as a surprisingly stable variety with a reliable end result every time it is harvested. Growers need to take extra care with air regulation when growing near other individuals. Royal AK grows well both outdoors and indoors.

It has a distinctive and special aroma; sugary and old with hints of pine. It is often said to be among the most prominent modern varieties in the world. Although considered a Sativa-dominant hybrid, it also has a significant Indica influence. It delivers it with a reasonable high for head and body.

The AK 47 pot was not given its name as a sign of anything violent, but more in the context of a ‘one hit wonder’ that this experience is. After its launch, patrons of coffee shops in Amsterdam regularly fell asleep after smoking some of this variety. Value without compromise means it’s a good fit for both commercial growers and home growers. They produce solid flowers with a low number of leaves, which shine with a layer of resin crystals.

It has a THC content of 18%. Its genetic background is Colombian, Mexican, Thai and Afghan. The genetic balance is 60% Sativa and 40% Indica. It has an indoor yield of 525-575 grams and an outdoor yield of 600-650 grams per dried plant. Flowering time is 8 to 9 weeks.

Indoors, this variety will be somewhere between 80 and 140 cm. Outdoors it is to some extent higher with a minimum of 130 cm to 170 cm. The best time for harvesting outdoors is in early October. The effect of this variety is a perfect combination of stony and high.
