Description

Gorilla Glue is an excellent, fast-flowering, easy-to-grow, medium-sized cannabis that develops a robust, vigorous structure and several long side branches filled with growing points.

It’s full steam ahead from the start, growing with impressive power and energy. Already after a short flowering period, the main top shoot, as well as the numerous side branches, become studded with super juicy, compact top shoots with an abundance of large crystals.

The short flowering time of 7-9 weeks (depending on phenotype), combined with an easy yield of 600 g/m2 or more, makes this a super productive plant. Another big advantage is its favourable leaf-to-flower ratio, which makes finishing a huge time-saver and a pure pleasure.

It exhibits 2 primary phenotypes:

Phenotype 1 has a clear predominance of Sativa characteristics. It stretches a lot and grows slender and tall. The distance between stem joints is also significantly greater than phenotype 2. Its top shoots are huge and massive, and the long lateral branches in particular may need support during flowering due to their weight. It may therefore be beneficial to school/train it in SCROG to keep track of both height and side branches, which also serves to maximise yield.

Phenotype No. 2, the most numerous, remains compact and medium in structure and height respectively. Spacing between stem joints is moderate and growth is generally uniform between seedlings. For these reasons, it works tremendously well in SOG, as well as in SCROG, as it still has many energetically growing side branches.

Common to the phenotypes, however, is that they both develop lots of dense, cone-shaped top shoots that have an impressive crystallisation and a characteristic, lovely aroma.

The many crystals covering both sugar leaves and carrier leaves, as well as a rich terpene profile, make it ideal for preparing extractions.

The number of crystals (as well as its powerful effect) is the reason for the name “Gorilla Glue”. Firstly, the number of crystals means that they accumulate on the scissors very quickly, so that they become almost glued together during finishing. Another reason is its brutal gorilla powers can cause you to be glued to the sofa after ingestion.

The taste and aroma is an exquisitely pleasant blend of earth, diesel and pine with sweet hints of chocolate.

With a THC content of +20%, the effect is both hard-hitting and immediate. It provides an intense cerebral and pleasant physical sensation that deeply relaxes both body and mind, while creating mental focus and clarity.

Therapeutically, it is suitable for pain relief and relaxation.
